Yogurt is a simple ferment you can do with milk to increase the amount of probiotics in your diet. It's elderflower season. Foraged these beautiful blossoms from an elder plant that was growing along the river. Make sure you leave enough blossoms for the pollinators and to fruit out for the local wildlife.
