Our fermentation journey started with a bottle of Eric’s dad’s homemade peach wine when we were still teenagers. His example of preserving and transforming nature’s bounty formed our beginnings. Little did we know that mischievous act would lead to over a decade of learning different forms and styles of fermenting. That curiosity has kept us constantly learning and exploring preservation, relearning the ways of the past and looking to apply that knowledge for a better future.
